Ammon News - Iasi, Romania (Petra) HRH Princess Muna Al Hussein patronized the Fourth Jordanian-Romanian Medicine and Pharmacy Conference, which was held recently in Iasi, Romania.
The Princess delivered a speech wishing participants every success in their deliberations. Princess Muna also accepted an honorary doctoral degree from the University of Grigore T. Popa of Medicine and Pharmacy.
The ceremony was attended by the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Romanian State Secretary, the Ambassador of Jordan to Romania, as well as HRH consultant for health and social affairs Rowaida Al Maaitah and Secretary General of the Jordanian Nursing Council Daad Shokeh.
Further, HRH, accompanied by the delegation, visited the city hall at the palace of culture and was received by the Mayor of Iasi, followed by a brief meeting with him during which the Princess accepted the title of Ambassador of Iasi.
HRH’s visits also included touring the Union Museum and the Regional Institute of Oncology, as well as visiting various units and a briefing about each section by the director.
