Ammon News - IRBID (Petra) — HRH Princess Basma on Wednesday urged investors at Al Hassan Industrial Estate to contribute to the National Goodwill Campaign, stressing its important goals.

During a meeting with investors and workers at the estate, she said the campaign, implemented by the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development, works in partnership with different sectors to improve the living conditions of underprivileged families.

The princess also underlined the importance of changing negative perceptions about vocational work so that more Jordanians can work at the industrial estate.

The estate’s director, Mohsen Kloub, said the facility’s 122 companies, capitalised at around JD226 million, provide more than 18,000 job opportunities.
