Japan to provide aid to support Syrian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon

Ammon News - TOKYO (Petra) The Japanese Government will provide aid to Jordan and Lebanon to help meet the demands of Syrian refugees in the two countries.

The Japanese prime minister will announce details of the aid package during the G8 meetings, slated to be held in Ireland on Tuesday, according to a statement issued by the government.

Further, the Japanese government stated it will present non-military logistical assistance in rebel-held Syrian territories. The assistance includes electric generators and vehicles.
