The commission said that Jordan now hosts the largest number of registered Syrian refugees in the region, which reached 471.677 refugees, followed by Lebanon 469.217, Turkey 347.157, Iraq 146.951 and Egypt 66.922 refugees. Ammon News - NEW YORK The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced on Thursday that the number of Syrian refugees outside Syria exceeded 1,5 million.

The commission said that Jordan now hosts the largest number of registered Syrian refugees in the region, which reached 471.677 refugees, followed by Lebanon 469.217, Turkey 347.157, Iraq 146.951 and Egypt 66.922 refugees. (Petra)
