The statistics showed that 196,249 foreigners, 23,065 Jordanians,1,565 Arabs, 1,000 official gusts and 11,954 visitors of university and school students have visited Petra this year. Official numbers also showed that entrance fees to the city exceeded JD4 million in 2013.

Ammon News - PETRA (Petra)-A total of 234,000 visitors from all over the world visited the rose city of Petra during the first four months of 2013, according to the official statistics of Petra's Archaeological Reservation.

The statistics showed that 196,249 foreigners, 23,065 Jordanians,1,565 Arabs, 1,000 official gusts and 11,954 visitors of university and school students have visited Petra this year.

Official numbers also showed that entrance fees to the city exceeded JD4 million in 2013.
