Local media outlets reported during King Abdullah's visit to Washington last month that the King intends to meet the Lower House upon his return from the US, but the meeting was delayed until Sunday.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - King Abdullah II will meet with members of the Lower House of Parliament on Sunday.

MP's reportedly received an SMS message on their cellphones confirming that the meeting, which was announced several weeks ago but delayed, will take place Sunday afternoon.

Buses will transport the 150 deputies from the parliament to the Royal Court, MPs relayed the SMS message said.
