Ammon News - AMMAN (Petra)--International management expert Naseem Al Smadi on Wednesday called for using the term "deep education", rather than higher education.
During a lecture at the University of Jordan entitled "Empowerment and Correcting the Course of Human Investment in Higher Education", Al Smadi said deep education motivates abilities and skills inside human beings and helps them to extract strengths, while minimizing their weaknesses.
He added that deep education helps to reveal students' talents starting from the early stages of schooling through college, and reiterated the need to support these talents.
Al Smadi explained that empowerment means strengthening the strong and enhancing human strengths and abilities, pointing out the role of brain cells in defining the course and objective that students aspire to achieve.
If a student is allowed to study the field he prefers, he will be creative, will love his work and will succeed in developing his life and career, said Al Smadi.
