Maaytah highlights the strong Jordanian-Bahraini ties

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - State Minister for Media Affairs and Communications Samih Maaytah highlights the strong Jordanian-Bahraini ties.

In an interview with the Bahraini "Al Ayyam" newspaper that was published today, the minister pointed to the strong relationship between the leaderships of the two countries, which reflect positively on cooperation between the two countries.

Maaytah stressed Jordan's support to Bahrain's security and stability, noting that the Bahraini media supports reform, development and modernization.

The minister hailed an initiative taken by the Bahraini King to establish a $2 million educational complex within the Zaatari Refugee Camp for Syrian refugees.

On the Syrian crisis, Maaytah reiterated Jordan's call for a political solution to the Syrian crisis and said the Kingdom rejects any foreign military interference in Syria.
