RJ plane Lands Safely After technical fault

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Royal Jordanian (RJ) Captain was able to safely land the airplane back at Queen Alia International Airport after it took off shortly before noon on Thursday on route to Lebanon capital Beirut.

Sources told 'Ammon News' that the plane suffered engine malfunction while it was flying over Syrian or Lebanese territories, according to what the captain informed.

The captain managed to keep the flight in air for nearly 30 minutes before returning the flight back to Queen Alia International Airport (30 km south of Amman).


RJ informed passengers that the technical fault in the engine was corrected and the flight departed to Beirut at 3:30 PM.
