Nuqul Group launches its “We Serve” initiative

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Nuqul Group recently launched its latest community service initiative out of its head office in Amman. The “We Serve” is an HR facilitated initiative where the Group’s employees will be able to give back to the community through becoming role models practicing their citizenship in the best possible ways.

Through the “We Serve” team, various activities have been planned to be implemented by the Group’s employees on monthly basis covering different areas such as supporting NGO’s activities and programs, spreading awareness, environmental activities, students tutoring and coaching among other activities that would serve the surrounding communities.

Commenting on this initiative, Nicola Billeh, Nuqul Group’s HR Director, said: “The “We Serve” initiative is based on self-generated ideas by Nuqul Group’s employees. It creates opportunities for our team members to demonstrate their commitment towards their communities, in line with the Group’s core values and culture.”

“This initiative was initially launched at the Group’s head office to be followed by other business units locally and regionally in the coming 9 months”, Billeh added.
Nuqul Group’s HR department has organized its first awareness campaign with the objective of spreading awareness about the importance of wearing seatbelts. Employees distributed informative flyers to drivers passing by the Group’s head office wishing them a safe drive home.
