AMMONNEWS - A young man died Monday night and five others were injured in a car crash on the Koora district main road in the northern governorate of Irbid, according to medical sources.

19-year-old Baraa Kasasbeh died and five members of his family were lightly wounded when their vehicle veered off the road and crashed into rocks near Koora district.

Rescue crews rushed to the scene and evacuated the body and the injured to the hospital.

Elsewhere, four people were moderately injured in a bus crash on the Irbid-Hakama road. Civil Defense personnel rushed to the scene and treated the injured on the spot before evacuating them to a nearby hospital.
