Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Police on Wednesday found the body of a young man under the Abdoun bridge in western Amman.

Amman Public Prosecutor Issam Al Hadid arrived at the scene and the body was transferred to the Center for Forensic Medicine for a post-mortem.

An investigation committee was formed to look into the incident.

A security source told Ammon News that initial reports revealed that no foul objects were found near the body, indicating that the man may have either fell or jumped from atop the bridge.

It is yet unclear whether the young man committed suicide or the incident was an accident.
