Ammon News - AMMONNEWS – As a part of its efforts towards providing the best services to its prepaid subscribers, and striving to answer the growing demands of Egyptian expatriates residing in the Kingdom, Umniah announced the relaunch of its ‘Kalim Masr’ offer after revamping it to suit the needs of current subscribers and to attract potential customers.

The relaunch of this offer reflects Umniah’s interest in providing high quality and competitively priced services in the local telecom market.

The ‘Kalim Masr’ package is available for JD 5 with JD 2 worth of credit and an initial validity period of up to 30 days. With the new tariff of the revamped ‘Kalim Masr’ offer, subscribers can enjoy an on-net flat rate of JD 0.02 per minute, an off-net flat rate of JD 0.04 per minute, a special flat rate of JD 0.09 per minute for outgoing calls to Egypt, in addition to Umniah’s competitive international tariff that is determined based on the destination of the call.

All local and international calls are calculated on a per second basis from the first second. As for the SMS rates, subscribers will be charged JD 0.03 per local SMS, and JD 0.06 per international SMS.

This competitive offer provides its subscribers with several other privileges that include a discounted international roaming rate when visiting Egypt, charging JD 0.15 per minute for incoming calls and JD 0.40 per minute for outgoing calls. Subscribers will also receive a free 5-minute welcome call to Egypt upon activating their lines.

Additional privileges include the new Bonus International SMS system, which varies based on the value of the purchased prepaid recharge voucher. Subscribers will receive three free international SMSs upon recharging their balance with JD 1; five free international SMSs when recharging with JD 3; eight free international SMSs when recharging with JD 5; 20 free international SMSs when recharging with JD 10; 30 international SMSs when recharging with JD 15; 60 international SMSs when recharging with JD 25; and 90 international SMSs when recharging with JD 35.

The line’s validity is cumulative, reaching up to one year, and is voucher based, applying on both Umniah’s regular scratch cards, online recharge, or by using the Ash7anlak service. The validity period will be extended to 30 days when recharging with JD 1, JD 3 and JD 5; 90 days when recharging with JD 10; 120 days when recharging with JD 15; 180 days when recharging with JD 25; and 360 days when recharging with JD 35.
