Bank of Jordan lay off 30 female employees

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS- The Bank of Jordan last Thursday decided to lay off 30 female employees with the excuse that their position has been eliminated, the General Trade Union of Employees of Banks, Insurance and Auditing, Haidar Rashid told Ammon News.

The laid-off employees who were worked in secretary affairs signed their resignation after the bank's administration promise to pay their benefits and commitments by the bank, he added.


The General Trade Union met the bank's administration and discussed the case without any positive results and the bank will not retreat from its decision to layoff the employees.
