King receives credentials of new ambassadors

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II on Sunday received the credentials of 8 newly appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom in a ceremony at Basman Palace.

They are Bela Jungbbert of Hungary, Bogdan Filip of Romania, Astrid Harz of Austria, Gamini Rajapakse of Sri Lanka, Alhaji Abdullah Salifu of Ghana, Arshak Poladian of Armenia, Dainuis Junevicius of Lithuania, and Mohammad Hassan Al Barghathi of Libya.

The ambassadors laid wreaths on the tombs of Their Majesties the late King Hussein, the late King Abdullah I and the late King Talal where they laid wreaths .

The ceremony was attended by Royal Court Chief Riyad Abu Karaki and Finance Minister and Acting Foreign Minister Umayya Touqan.
