Sales of mid-sized apartments have declined by 8% over the past 10 months
According to the tables from the Land and Survey Department, the demand for medium-sized apartments (120-150 square meters) fell by 8% in the first 10 months of this year compared to the corresponding period last year.
During a span of 10 months, roughly 8.21 thousand medium-sized apartments were sold, in contrast to the 8.89 thousand apartments sold in the equivalent timeframe in 2023.
Conversely, the demand for larger apartments (over 150 square meters) rose by 6% at the end of last October, reaching around 13 thousand units, in contrast to approximately 12.3 thousand sold in the initial ten months of the previous year.
