FM: Israel occupied Rafah crossing, Security Council must act firmly
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, said on Tuesday that instead of giving negotiations on hostage release and ceasefire a chance, Israeli govt occupied Rafah crossing.
Safadi added in a post on his official X account: 'Instead of giving negotiations on hostage release and ceasefire a chance, Israeli govt occupied Rafah crossing and closed it to humanitarian aid to starved Gazans.'
'Its attack on Rafah threatens another massacre. SC must act firmly & immediately. Netanyahu must face real consequence,' Safadi wrote.
