Ammon News - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan expressed his condolences on the passing of former Interior Minister Eid Al-Fayez, who died on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Hassan acknowledged the significant contributions Fayez made to Jordan throughout his public service.

Fayez held several key ministerial positions, including Minister of Labor (1999-2001), Minister of State and Minister of Youth and Sports (2001-2002), and Minister of Interior (2005-2009).

Beyond his ministerial roles, Fayez held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, serving as Director-General and Chairman of the Board for numerous companies and organizations, and as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Youth. He also served as an advisor to the Royal Hashemite Court.

Fayez was a recipient of the Order of the Star of Jordan, First Class. Prime Minister Hassan extended his deepest sympathies to the Al-Fayez family. Petra
