Jordan condemns terrorist bombing in Somali capital

Ammon News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Saturday condemned a terrorist car bomb blast that targeted a busy restaurant near Mogadishu seaport on Friday evening and killed or wounded dozens of innocent civilians.

"The Kingdom strongly condemns this heinous crime and cowardly terrorist act, and the targeting of innocent civilians, which contravene all religious and humanitarian values and principles," Ministry spokesman Daifallah Al-Fayez said.

He reiterated the Kingdom's rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism that indiscriminately target all, expressing his deep condolences and sympathies to the victims' families and wishing the injured speedy recovery.
