Ammon News - Jordan's foreign reserves increased by nearly $3 billion (11.7%) by the end of September 2026 compared with the end of 2025, reaching $28.5 billion, according to data from the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ).
The reserves are sufficient to cover the Kingdom's imports of goods and services for approximately 9.2 months, reflecting the country's strong external financial position.
The CBJ's data also showed that Jordan's foreign reserves exceed three times the international benchmark for reserve adequacy.
