Ammon News - Thousands of citizens performed Eid al-Adha prayers on Wednesday morning at mosques and prayer grounds designated by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs across the Kingdom.

Jordan’s Grand Mufti, Ahmad Al-Hasanat, delivered the Eid sermon from Sports City after leading worshippers in the Eid prayer.

The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs had announced that Eid al-Adha prayers would be held at 7:00 a.m. across the Kingdom in mosques where Friday prayers are usually conducted, as well as at approved prayer grounds.
