Ammon News - Minister of Government Communication and government spokesperson Mohammad Al-Momani said that Jordan’s 80th Independence Day marks not only a national occasion, but also a journey of state-building shaped by continuous hard work, unwavering determination, and steadfastness amid a region filled with challenges and instability.
He told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that throughout eight decades of development, Jordan has maintained clarity in its positions, the strength of its institutions, and its path of progress under the wise Hashemite leadership, which continues to guide the Kingdom with confidence while reinforcing its role and presence in regional and international forums.
He added that independence symbolizes Jordan’s resilience, determination, and steady advancement toward the future.
Al-Momani also extended his highest congratulations on the occasion of Independence Day to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, praying for their continued well-being in service of the nation and the Arab nation.
He concluded by saying: "May Jordan, its leadership, and its people remain blessed and prosperous every year," as the Kingdom celebrates "Independence80."
