Ammon News - The Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) announced that they dealt on Wednesday morning, with an unidentified drone that entered Jordanian airspace.
The drone was intercepted and brought down in the Bilila area of Jerash Governorate in northern Jordan, with no human injuries reported and only minor material damage recorded.
Eyewitnesses saw the drone at around 8:30 am flying over the skies of Jerash before residents were surprised by its crash near homes in the Bilila area, causing damage to several houses.
The drone struck one of the trees surrounding a house, causing it to be cut down.
Specialized teams inspected the crash site and assessed the resulting damage, which was mainly limited to shattered windows in several homes.
