Ammon News - The Kingdom will host on Sunday, the second session of the Higher Coordination Council between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Syrian Arab Republic at the ministerial level.

The meeting will be co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi and Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, with the participation of two ministerial delegations representing 20 sectors.

The council’s meetings will discuss bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to deepen them into a comprehensive strategic partnership across several vital sectors of mutual interest.

Technical committees began their preparatory meetings for the council’s session earlier today, Saturday.
