Ammon News - A Jordanian–Arab–European meeting was held in Cairo to discuss ways to support peace efforts in the Middle East.
Jordan’s Ambassador to Cairo, Amjad Al-Adaileh, said that the meeting, hosted by the Head of the European Union Delegation, Ambassador Angelina Eichhorst, addressed European efforts to advance the peace process.
In a post, Amjad Al-Adaileh noted that the meeting included briefings delivered by the EU Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process, Christophe Bigot, and the EU’s Civilian Operations Commander, Stefano Tomat.
In addition, the meeting was attended by a number of ambassadors and representatives, including those from Oman, Kuwait, and Spain, as well as Palestine’s representative to the Arab League, in addition to members of the EU delegation.
