Ammon News - The Ministry of Education Jordan has issued a circular to education directorates outlining official school working hours to be implemented after the end of the holy month of Ramadan, starting on Tuesday morning, March 24.

The ministry’s media spokesperson, Mahmoud Hyasat, said on Monday that working hours for education directorates will begin from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

He added that the first class in single-shift schools will begin at 8:00 a.m., with each class period lasting 45 minutes. In double-shift schools, the first class of the morning shift will start at 7:00 a.m., with a class period duration of 40 minutes, while the first class of the afternoon shift will begin at 12:30 p.m.
