Ammon News - Jordan on Thursday strongly condemned the Iranian attack that targeted Salalah Port in the Sultanate of Oman using drones, which resulted in damage to fuel storage tanks at the port.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed Jordan’s rejection and condemnation of these brutal attacks, describing them as a blatant violation of Oman’s sovereignty and a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.

The ministry also stressed Jordan’s full solidarity with Oman in confronting the Iranian attacks and reaffirmed its complete support for the sisterly Sultanate in all measures it takes to protect its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens.
