Ammon News - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan and his Kuwaiti counterpart His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a phone call to review the rapidly evolving and dangerous developments in the region.
During the conversation, Hassan conveyed Jordan’s heartfelt condolences to the Kuwaiti government and people following the death of two members of Kuwait’s General Directorate of Land Border Security who were killed while carrying out their national duties.
They also exchanged views on the growing regional tensions and reiterated their firm rejection of the Iranian attacks that targeted their countries as well as several other Arab states. They stressed that the current situation requires stronger diplomatic engagement to calm tensions and avoid a broader confrontation that could threaten regional security and stability.
