This Innoveative Solution of the SAMANSIC presents a rigorous scientific framework for the SAMANSIC Coalition's Omega Architecture, detailing how the integration of quantum geophysical sensing, neuromorphic artificial intelligence, and biophysical validation systems enables the non-kinetic disruption of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), loitering munitions, and ballistic missiles.
