Jordan calls for de-escalation amid rising regional tensions, gov't says

Ammon News - Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson, Mohammad Momani, stated that Jordan’s position remains clear in calling for de-escalation in the region, stressing that the Kingdom is not a party to any regional escalation.

Speaking in an interview on Al-Mamlaka TV, Al-Momani affirmed that the Jordan Armed Forces are carrying out their duties to the fullest extent.

Jordan is not part of the ongoing regional conflict and will not allow any party to violate its sovereignty, emphasizing the country’s ability to deal with such crises, Momani added.

Momani also urged Jordanians to obtain information from official sources, noting that the Kingdom is taking all necessary measures to safeguard its national security.
