Explosions reported in Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait

Ammon News - Explosions were heard and plumes of smoke rose in Arab countries on Saturday, after US and Israeli strikes began on Iran.

Bahraini media reported hearing explosions in Bahrain on Saturday.

The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced the activation of air raid sirens and urged citizens and residents to seek shelter in the nearest safe location.

Images showed a missile falling in the Bahraini capital, Manama.

Plumes of smoke rose from the Juffair area, which houses a US naval base.

The Bahrain News Agency reported that the US Fifth Fleet's logistics center was targeted in a missile attack.

Media outlets reported hearing explosions in Kuwait.

Sirens were activated in Kuwait.

Kuwaiti Civil Aviation announced the temporary closure of Kuwaiti airspace to aircraft and passengers.
