Ammon News - The Quality of Life Index for the city of Amman has been officially added to the Global Quality of Life Platform, making the Jordanian capital the second Arab city after Medina and the tenth worldwide among 100 participating cities.

The milestone reflects a firm commitment to a data-driven approach to urban development. Measuring quality of life indicators enables city officials to better understand residents’ needs and direct efforts toward what matters most to them — more walkable neighborhoods, improved and accessible services, expanded public and green spaces, and opportunities that enhance overall community well-being.

The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) congratulated the Greater Amman Municipality on the distinguished achievement.
