Ammon News - The Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission received 1,438 applications for licenses across the energy and natural resources sectors in December, reflecting sustained regulatory activity across multiple industries.
According to data published by the Commission on its official website, 10 applications were rejected during the month, including nine in the oil and petroleum derivatives sector and one in the electricity sector.
Licensing demand was led by radiation and nuclear activities, which accounted for 595 applications, followed by the natural resources sector with 564 applications.
