Captain Mahdi Al-Hamoud stated to Amen FM that traffic movement is proceeding normally, noting that moderate to heavy rainfall is affecting several routes, including the Irbid–Amman, Mafraq–Irbid, Mafraq–Zarqa, and North Shuna–Irbid roads.
