Ammon News - Monday, Local gold prices experienced a decline today, dropping by 80 piasters according to the daily price bulletin issued by the General Syndicate for Jewelry and Gold Trading Shops.
The downward adjustment reflects fluctuations in the domestic market for precious metals.
The price of a gram of 21-karat gold, the most demanded purity among citizens, was set at 83.10 Jordanian Dinars (JOD) for selling, with the purchase price reaching JOD 79.70.
Other major purities also saw new pricing. The selling prices for one gram of 24, 18, and 14-karat gold were set at JOD 95.20, JOD 73.60, and JOD 56.00, respectively.
