Ammon News - Sunday, Gold prices remained stable in the local market, according to the daily bulletin issued by the General Syndicate for Owners of Jewelry Trade and Goldsmithing Shops. The selling price for a gram of 21-karat gold, the most widely traded karat locally, settled at JOD 82.00, while the purchasing price from citizens stood at JOD 79.00 (Jordanian Dinars).
The syndicate’s report also detailed the selling prices for other karats. The price for one gram of 24-karat gold was set at JOD 94.00. Meanwhile, 18-karat gold reached JOD 72.70 per gram, and 14-karat gold was recorded at JOD 55.20 per gram for sales from jewelry shops.
