Ammon News - Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev praised the commitment of His Majesty King Abdullah II to promoting interfaith dialogue, as well as His Majesty’s efforts to maintain stability in the Middle East.

"The King is one of the most influential leaders in the Muslim world," Mirziyoyev added.

This came during talks held to discuss ways to strengthen relations between Jordan and Uzbekistan, as well as enhance cooperation across various fields.

President Mirziyoyev said Jordan is steadily moving towards further development thanks to His Majesty’s wise policies, and that the country enjoys an important position in the international arena.

He also highlighted the similarities between Jordan’s Economic Modernisation Vision and Uzbekistan’s 2030 Vision.
