WhatsApp is working on new feature on Web

26-05-2025 03:22 PM

Ammon News - The organised chat WhatsApp Web Centralised Media Hub will incorporate a new feature which is focused on increasing user productivity alongside their work on WhatsApp Web. Users will be able to access photos, videos of shared documents, and links through one folder as opposed to scrolling through multiple conversations, making it faster, simpler, and easier for them to retrieve files. The feature appears to have been integrated into the beta update for earlier users. Meta’s WhatsApp has not yet revealed all the features so a release date is under wraps, but early hints are suggesting it might come with some new updates.

WaBetaInfo also confirmed that the concept was captured recently but is still yet to undergo further innovative adjustments through their most recent beta update.

This new media hub was spotted in a WhatsApp Web beta version, and it also follows in Android beta version 2.24.13.4. Although not yet present on the mobile application, this feature is likely to enhance the ease of accessing and managing WhatsApp media files on WhatsApp Web.
