Momani: Jordanians marks Independence Day by remembering sacrifices

Ammon News - Minister of Government Communication Mohammad Momani affirmed that Jordanian's celebration of the 79th Independence Day embodies their authentic values ​​and traditions and provides an opportunity to remember the sacrifices that contributed to building the nation.

Jordanians on Sunday will commemorate the Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, while the Cabinet has announced that Sunday, May 25, will be observed as an official public holiday in celebration of the kingdom’s 79th Independence Day.

In a directive issued, Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan ordered the suspension of work across all ministries, public institutions, government departments, public universities, municipalities, joint service councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and state-owned enterprises.
