Ammon News - Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó on Thursday commended Jordan's clear stance against extremism, also praising His Majesty King Abdullah II's role in maintaining stability in the region and the world.
During a joint press conference with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Szijjártó said that Europe is facing a "very serious and massive" illegal immigration crisis.
Szijjártó emphasized that his country appreciates Jordan's significant efforts to prevent the influx of millions of refugees to Europe, and that Hungary supports any international initiative aimed at supporting Jordan.
