Ammon News - The Public Security Directorate (PSD) will commemorate its 104th anniversary on Friday, with a series of celebratory events in Amman and Aqaba, themed "104 Years of Security."

In Amman, the PSD will host an exhibition at AlHussein Public Parks, beginning at 5:30 PM. The exhibition will feature a display of vehicles, equipment, and awareness initiatives.

Participating units include the Public Security cavalry, the mounted police unit, and the Directorate’s musical band, along with various other divisions of the PSD.

In Aqaba, a similar event will be held at the same time, featuring a parade of the Public Security cavalry, mounted police, and musical band, as well as vehicles representing different PSD units.

The procession will start at Al-Sharif Hussein Bin Ali Circle, proceeding towards the Public Security Museum in the 7th district.

The PSD has invited the public to join in these celebrations, marking over a century of service and development under the Hashemite leadership. Petra
