Gradual temperature rise over coming days

Ammon News - Temperatures are set to rise gradually over the coming days, bringing warm spring conditions to most regions, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.

On Sunday, temperatures will increase slightly but remain below the seasonal average. The weather will be stable and relatively cold in most areas, while warm conditions will prevail in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be light and northwesterly.

The report indicated that temperatures will continue to rise on Monday, bringing mild spring weather to most regions and warm conditions to the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be light and southeasterly.

By Tuesday, temperatures will increase further, with warm spring conditions prevailing across the country. Winds will remain light and southeasterly.

The warming trend is expected to continue on Wednesday, with temperatures exceeding their seasonal average by 5-7 C. The weather will be generally warm, with moderate southeasterly winds

The report added that Sunday's maximum and minimum temperatures will range between 15 C and 7 C in East Amman, 13 C and 5 C in West Amman, 13 C and 4 C in the Northern Highlands, and 14 C and 3 C in the Sharah Highlands.

In the Badia regions, temperatures will range between 19 C and 8 C, while the Plains will see temperatures between 17 C and 8 C. The Northern Jordan Valley will record 24 C and 11 C, while the Southern Jordan Valley will experience 27 C and 16 C.

Temperatures at the Dead Sea will range between 26 C and 14 C, and in the Gulf of Aqaba, between 26 C and 16 C. Petra
