Ammon News - The Public Security Directorate's Bridges Security Department announced on Sunday the closure of King Hussein Bridge to travelers and those departing towards the West Bank, while traffic will resume as usual starting Monday morning.
The bridge will be opened to travelers departing towards the West Bank only for pilgrims and diplomats in order to give priority to the delegation of all departing pilgrims, the department said.
It also explained that the King Hussein Bridge will operate from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm for pilgrims departing towards the West Bank, while the bridge will operate from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for diplomatic travelers.
