Ammon News - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi held talks on Monday evening with U.S. Acting Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs John Bass and Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf.

The meeting focused on regional developments, including efforts to halt the aggression in Gaza and the ongoing situation in Syria.

Discussions also explored ways to strengthen and expand bilateral relations between Jordan and the United States across various sectors.
