Ammon News - Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan emphasized that Jordanian efforts are focused on securing the return of Jordanians who are staying in Syria, under the follow-up of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in coordination with the relevant institutions.

At the same time, Hassan emphasized that Jordan stands with Syria and their right to determine their own future, as the Jordanian position is not a spur of the moment, but a firm and consistent position since the Syrian crisis began 13 years ago.

The Prime Minister also pointed out that Jordan has always emphasized the need to reach a political solution that ends the suffering of Syrians and preserves its unity, security, stability and sovereignty over all its territory, noting that the whole world is aware of what Jordan has provided to Syria over the past years.

Hassan confirmed that Jordan will continue to support the Syrian people and provide them with humanitarian support, as His Majesty the King directed that work be done to study the required needs with the help of countries to provide the required assistance.
