Ammon News - Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad al-Jalali confirmed on Sunday that he is in contact with police leaders and the Assistant Minister of Interior, as there must be political forces on the ground, noting that the Minister of Interior has left Damascus.
Al-Jalali called on the Syrian people to remain calm and preserve the capabilities that have been built, hoping to avoid chaos and revenge.
He continued that some opposition factions have entered Damascus and others are on the way, confirming that there is telephone contact with them.
During his presence in one of the hotels in the capital, Damascus, al-Jalali noted that the Syrian capital, Damascus, is currently witnessing some chaos due to the security forces leaving their places without organizing them.
Al-Jalali pointed out that the last contact with Bashar al-Assad was by telephone on Saturday, explaining that the call was from him to inform al-Assad of the latest developments.
Al-Jalali told Al-Mamlaka TV about his communication with more than one person in the opposition, after he announced his position to preserve state institutions.
