Ammon News - The training workshop on willpower was organized by the Cultural Association for Youth and Childhood in collaboration with the Youth Fingerprints Initiative, and saw the participation of university youth and youth activists.
During the workshop, Dr. Adnan Mahmoud Al-Tubasi, who is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Psychological Counseling at Philadelphia University and the President of the Cultural Association for Youth and Childhood, emphasized that determination is crucial for success and plays a pivotal role in behavior and reaching goals. It involves the capability, aptitude, exertion, resolve, persistence, confronting obstacles, addressing issues, and aggressively embarking on a promising future and positive atmosphere in job without feeling fatigued or disinterested.
Al-Tubasi stated that determination can be found in honesty, integrity, passion, patience, commitment, accountability, respect, deep knowledge, optimism, embracing novelty, decisiveness, self-assurance, and continuous learning.
In the workshop, attendees were split into teams to talk about and examine various topics regarding life aspects and the involvement of universities and families in fostering determination in young individuals and upcoming generations.
Mr. Khaled Al-Duwaik, Youth Basmat's General Manager, conveyed gratitude to the Cultural Association for Youth and Childhood for their collaboration and emphasized the importance of maintaining it. Rand Hamdan, the Public Relations Manager of the initiative, coordinated the workshop. Upon the conclusion of the training workshop, Dr. Adnan Al-Tubasi gave out certificates of appreciation to the participants.
