Egypt stated today through its Foreign Ministry its commitment to being involved in the main group that has pushed for countries to sign this letter. This action is part of global efforts to urge Israel to cease violating international laws and provide protection to the Palestinian people. The letter urged the Security Council to fulfill its responsibility in promoting global peace and security, and to implement effective actions to safeguard civilians and uphold accountability.
