Ammon News - The Israeli military kept striking towns in southern Lebanon with airstrikes and artillery while Hezbollah fired rockets at Haifa, northern Tel Aviv, and surrounding areas amid the 36th day of Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
This morning, a minimum of 3 individuals sustained injuries due to a series of rockets fired from Lebanon towards the Western Galilee area, and an industrial structure in Nahariya was harmed by a drone believed to originate from Iraq.
Air raid sirens were heard in Haifa, Netanya, Hadera, and northern Tel Aviv due to concerns of missiles being launched from Lebanon and drones infiltrating. The air defense system successfully intercepted 3 missiles over Haifa.
Hezbollah is still resisting Israeli forces' infiltration into southern Lebanese towns, targeting Israeli army bases and deployment sites, and shelling towns in the country's north.
As international attempts and actions persist to halt the conflict on the northern border with Lebanon, achieve a truce, and enforce Security Council Resolution 1701.
Amos Hochstein, the US Special Envoy, is scheduled to engage in discussions in Israel to try to come to a resolution to stop the conflict on the northern border, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains in talks with various ministers and officials from security and military sectors to explore options for halting the conflict in Lebanon.
