After intensifying search and inspection operations in the area, quantities of narcotic substances were found, and the seized items were transferred to the competent authorities, the source stated. The source stressed that the JAF are continuing to harness their various capabilities and potentials to prevent all forms of infiltration and smuggling operations by force to maintain the security and stability of the Kingdom.

Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone, in coordination with other security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND), thwarted at Wednesday dawn, an infiltration and smuggling attempt from Syrian territory, an official military source in the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army announced.

After intensifying search and inspection operations in the area, quantities of narcotic substances were found, and the seized items were transferred to the competent authorities, the source stated.
